Valeria has experience in both short-term and long-term work and as an integrative counsellor, she draws from diverse therapeutic modalities including psychodynamic, gestalt, transactional analysis and mindfulness to tailor interventions to individual needs. In her sessions, she seamlessly weaves together these established modalities, fostering a deep exploration of her clients’ emotions, behaviours and relational patterns.
